Fokus777 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

This Terms & Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you (the player/user) and Fokus777 as the platform operator. These Terms take effect as soon as you complete your account registration at Fokus777 and remain in force for as long as your account is active.

Fokus777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. However, we are committed to informing players of any material changes via in-platform notifications or your registered email.

These terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 8 of this document.

To register and use Fokus777's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Is legally competent to enter into a binding contract
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited

• Register with accurate, truthful, and complete personal information

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account only at Fokus777. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated and balances forfeited.

You are fully responsible for keeping your Fokus777 username and password secure. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, unless you can demonstrate that it was the result of unauthorised access by another party.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• Accounts must have completed the full identity verification (KYC) process before making the first withdrawal

• Fokus777 reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000

Fokus777 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control. Please check with your provider before completing a transaction.

Fokus777 offers Malaysian players a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and a VIP Rewards programme. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without first fulfilling the rollover requirements

• Fokus777 reserves the right to void bonuses if a player is suspected of abusing the promotions system

The use of automation software, bots, or other unfair techniques to meet rollover requirements is strictly prohibited. Fokus777 employs advanced detection systems to identify suspicious betting patterns.

Special promotions tied to Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, or e-sports matches may carry additional terms, which will be stated separately on the relevant promotions page.

All games available on Fokus777 – including slots, live casino, poker, 4D & 6D lottery, football betting, and e-sports – operate in accordance with the following rules:

• The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system independently verified and certified, and cannot be manipulated by Fokus777 or any player
• Any game result confirmed by the system is final and cannot be altered
• In the event of a technical interruption during gameplay, Fokus777 will endeavour to restore the game session or issue a refund based on the state of play at the time of the disruption
• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, regardless of any subsequent changes to those odds
• Fokus777 reserves the right to void bets where there is a clear technical error in the odds setting

For live casino games with real dealers, video records of sessions are retained for 90 days. If you wish to dispute the outcome of a live game, you may request a video review through the Fokus777 support team within 7 days of the session date.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Fokus777 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Identity Fraud: Registering using false information or assuming another person's identity
• Multiple Account Ownership: Registering or using more than one account for yourself or on behalf of another person
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes in poker or other competitive games
• Use of Bots/Automated Software: Using any automation software, scripts, or bots to play or place bets
• Money Laundering: Using the Fokus777 platform as a channel to launder money from illegal activities
• Bonus Abuse: Using techniques designed to manipulate or abuse the Fokus777 bonus system
• Card Chargeback: Filing a false chargeback on a credit/debit card after using those funds for gameplay

Fokus777 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe
• Voluntary account closure requested by the player
• Upon request by the relevant legal authorities

Voluntary Account Closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the Fokus777 support team at support@fokus777.click. Any remaining balance will be returned within 5–10 business days following a brief review.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may apply for a temporary self-exclusion (6 months, 1 year, or permanent) via the Responsible Gaming. Fokus777 will honour this request promptly.

To the extent permitted by law, Fokus777 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses or damages arising from the use of the platform
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party actions
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party as a result of your own negligence
• Betting outcomes based on information or tips obtained from external sources
